The 51st JSPE annual conference will be held on October 18 -19, 2003 at Musashi University, Toyotama-kami 1-26-1, Nerima-ku, Tokyo 176-8534, Japan. The main language of the conference will be Japanese. There will be two English sessions.

TRANSPORTATION

To get from the Narita International Airport to Musashi University (or the above hotels), you have three options:

1. The Narita Express Train leaves Narita Airport every half hour for Tokyo (2,940 yen), Shinjuku and Ikebukuro JR stations. The trip takes 1 hour, 1hour 20 minutes and 1 hour 40 minutes respectively. Then take JR or subway.

2. The Keisei Sky Liner leaves Narita Airport every half hour for Nippori and Ueno stations. The trip takes less than 1 hour (1,920 yen one-way). Then take taxi, JR or subway.

3. The Airport Limousine service is available once or twice every hour to Crown Plaza Metropolitan-Tokyo (2,900 yen), the hotel New Otani and Hotel Grand Plaza. The trip takes approximately 1 hour and half. Then it takes 10 minutes to Tokyo Garden Palace or Arcadia Ichigaya by taxi.

4. Taxi from Narita airport may be too expensive. [28,000 yen]

VENUE

All conference sessions will be held in the Building No. 8 and the Medium Lecture Hall on the Musashi University campus.  To reach Musashi University from your hotel, take JR or subway to Ikebukuro (12 minutes). Take Seibu line at Ikebukuro to Ekoda (6 minutes). Musashi University is a six minutes walk from Ekoda Station.
